Project Mycel is a deck-building pachinko roguelite where you stack card effects to power up your shots, unleashing them onto a peg-filled board to prevail against the infestation.


Fight back the Mycelium humanity lost control over! Use your alchemist powers to destroy the mutated cells and cleanse the world from the infestation. Explore mysterious areas and fight mushroom controlled enemies presented in a hand-drawn 2D style.


Pachinko-style, physics-driven combat where strategy meets skill!

Aim and shoot a ball onto a peg filled board. The more pegs you hit, the more damage you deal. Activate cards from your hand, each amplifying the balls strength and modifying its behaviour.



Make every run yours!

Battle your way through a randomly generated map filled with events, treasures and encounters with extra strong enemies that grant you passive items for even more unique synergies.

All visuals in the game are fully hand-drawn and animated, bringing enemies and environments to life with a dense atmosphere.

Early playtest!

This version of the game is for playtesting features and exploring further ideas. Expect some jank and bugs (feel free to report anything you find). Currently it features 37 cards, 18 passives items and 13 different enemies including one boss. Start each run with one of two pre-built decks that provide unique build options.
